Thugs Destroy BVAS, Electoral Materials In Delta
On Saturday morning, thugs in Evwerni, Delta State, destroyed all election equipment, including the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS).
Daily Trust says that the goons are likely working for a former Delta politician and a Commissioner who is still in office.
All of the voting places in Evwerni, Ughelli North Local Government Area, where people vote, have been messed up.
The rioting thugs also stopped journalists who were watching the elections from getting inside the neighborhood.

Ten Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) cards have been stolen in Delta State, where people are voting for their favorite candidates for governor and the house of assembly.
In a video that was found online, a member of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) verified the change and indicated that they are still trying to examine the affected units because of the missing BVAS.
The official asked security workers at the center to bring it out so they could count the rest of the votes in front of the journalists.
After counting, he noticed that each unit should have 23 BVAS, but the INEC Centre only had 14 BVAS.
