Given below is the full list of the 13 men and women leading Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) with a brief profile of each:

Yasir Othman Al-Rumayyan

Yasir Al-Rumayyan is the Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He began his career at the Saudi Hollandi Bank, as the head of international brokerage. Besides this, Al-Rumayyan is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for Aramco, which is Saudi Arabia’s energy giant.

Following PIF’s acquisition of UK Premier League football club Newcastle United, Al-Rumayyan was elected as chairman of the football club.

Turqi A. Al-Nowaiser

Turqi Alnowaiser is the Deputy Governor and Head of International Investments Division at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). He leads the fund’s International Investment strategy across different asset classes like the public markets, private markets, real estate and infrastructure.

Before joining PIF, Alnowaiser held senior roles in a number of financial institutions such as the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (2004-2007), The Capital Markets Authority (2007-2008), Morgan Stanley (2008-2011), and Saudi Fransi Capital (2011-2015).

Yazeed A. Al-Humied

Yazeed Al-Humied is an an advisor to the Governor of Public Investment Fund. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the King Saud University.

He also has certifications from several top tier international academic institutes such as London Business School in executive management programmes.

Aiman M. AlMudaifer

Aiman AlMudaifer is the Head of the Local Real Estate division in the Public Investment Fund (PIF). AlMudaifer oversees 57 Real estate projects, and is a member of the Management Committee.

AlMudaifer also serves as the Chairman of Rua Almadinah Holding Company and Saudi Real Estate Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran.

He is also a graduate of the Cooperation Program between Chase Manhattan Bank and the Saudi Industrial Development Fund.

Yasir A. AlSalman

Yasir A. AlSalman is Chief Financial Officer at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and also sits as a board member in various Saudi-based companies.

AlSalman received his postgraduate degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University in 2007. He also acquired his BA in Accounting from King Saud University in 2001. Besides this, he is also an SOCPA Certified Accountant.

Bander Bin Mogren

Bander Bin Mogren is the Chief Operating Officer of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) ever since joining in 2016. Mogren leads the development of PIF’s shared services function along with the strategic transformation of Information Technology systems and infrastructure.

Bander Bin Mogren holds a double major BA degree in Human Resources and Business Administration from the Eastern Washington State.

Fahad AlSaif

Fahad Al-Saif is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Finance Division at the Public Investment Fund.

Al-Saif has over 20 years of Corporate, Investment Banking, Global Banking and Markets experience with the Ministry of Finance, SABB and HSBC. He holds a Bachelor degree in MIS from KFUPM.

Rania Nashar

Rania Nashar as serves as the Senior Advisor to the Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). She advises His Excellency Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of PIF, in the fields of Business and Governance.

She has over 20 years of professional experience in the banking industry. Besides her role as an advisor, she is also the Head of Compliance & Governance at the Public Investment Fund.

Saad Alkroud

Saad Alkroud is the Chief of Staff at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he oversees PIF business plan delivery. He also leads the internal institutional and investment projects and delivers the governance model for PIF portfolio companies.

Alkroud is also the General Secretary of the Board of Directors and he holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He also has a Master’s degree in management and leadership from the University of La Verne, California.

Kevin Foster

Kevin Foster is the Head of Corporate Communications for the Public Investment Fund (PIF) . He is also a member of PIF’s Management Committee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds three post graduate degrees. They include two Master’s degrees – in Journalism from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston College.

Besides this, he also has a certificate degree in Foundations of Financial Management from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School.

Jerry Todd

Jerry Todd is the Head of the National Development Division after joining the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in 2020. He is also a member of the PIF Management Investment Committee.

Jerry Todd obtained an MBA from Cornell University in 1999 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in 1994.

Mike Cheng

Mike Cheng serves as the Head of the Internal Audit Division in the Public Investment Fund (PIF) after joining in August 2019. Cheng handles all the audit assurance services for PIF and covers all investment activities and other similar support functions.

Cheng holds a Bachelor degree in Aerospace System Engineering from Southampton University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales as well as with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Feta Zabeli

Feta Zabeli serves as the Head of Risk Division in the Public Investment Fund (PIF) ever since joining in June 2020. Zabeli holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1992.

He also has a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1988. Before that Zabeli obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute back in 1982.
