The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party (LP), presidential candidates, Peter Obi have kept their promise of challenging the outcome of February 25, 2023 presidential election.
As early as Friday morning March 3, both dissatisfied candidates have approached election tribunal to seek permission for the inspection of election materials used during the contentious election.
Their request is contained in two ex-parte motions they filed at the tribunal secretariat located at the Court of Appeal, Abuja, with both motions, listed for hearing same day.
