According to Al Jazeera, 8 former Indian Navy officers arrested in Qatar in August have been sent to jail, all of them are accused of spying for Israel.
The first hearing of the case against the former Indian Navy officers was held in March, while according to Al Arabiya, the hearing of the case is to be held today (May 3) in Doha.
According to Indian media, these officers were apparently working for Zahra Global Technologies and Consultancy Services, a private firm that provides other services, including consulting on acquiring Italian submarines based on the latest technology.
